Fun fact: The front facade of The Warehouse was built using wood from the historic Soo Power Canal. The canal was constructed in 1898 and powered the Edison Sault Powerhouse, a hydroelectric plant that generates power for Sault Ste. Marie for many years. The wood, pulled out in 2013, remains rich with history, and its presence on our building is a small reminder of the city’s legacy of innovation and craftsmanship.
